Extension Of BNO Visa UK - Specialist BNO Visa Solicitors

You can apply for an extension of your BNO visa from inside the UK before the expiry of your BNO visa if you are a BNO status holder in the UK with a BNO visa. Applicants who applied for an initial 30-month BNO visa must apply for an extension for a further 30 months to complete 5 years and qualify for ILR as a BNO. An application for an extension of the BNO visa for the UK is made in accordance with the requirements set out in Appendix Hong Kong British National (Overseas) of the Immigration Rules.

If you want a faster decision on your extension application, you can submit it through Priority Service (decision within 5 working days) or Super Priority Service (decision within 24 hours).

Premium Solicitors, open 7 days a week and 365 days a year, are specialist UK immigration solicitors. The high quality of UK visa and immigration services provided by our best team of fully qualified and experienced SRA-regulated immigration solicitors is self-evident from the 5-star Google Reviews rating by 99% of our clients.

You can apply for an extension of a BNO visa for either 30 months or 60 months, and upon completion of 5 years' residence in the UK, you will qualify for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) as a BNO. After one year of grant of ILR as a BNO, you will be able to apply for naturalisation as a British Citizen or registration as a British Citizen.
