Step 1: Completing Online ILR Application Form

Once your ILR application form has been completed online, you can submit your ILR application online and pay for your ILR application online. If you want your ILR application to be processed through Priority or Super Priority Service, you should not make payment for your ILR application fee until the option of Priority or Super Priority Service appears online.
Step 3: Booking An Appointment Online
After you have paid the UKVI application fee including any fee for priority and super priority service, you have to book an appointment with the UKVCAS application centre for verification of your identity and enrolment of your biometrics unless you are asked by the UKVI to use IDV App or you are advised by the UKVI that your previous biometrics will be re-used.
Step 4: Uploading Supporting Documents
Before you attend your biometrics enrolment at the UKVCAS application centre, you must upload all your supporting documents online to be considered for your ILR application.
Step 5: Attending UKVCAS Biometrics Appointment
You should attend the UKVCAS biometrics enrolment and identity verification appointment at the UKVCAS application centre you have selected in your appointment UNLESS you are advised to use the IDV App for identity verification or advised by the UKVI that your previously enrolled biometrics will be reused by the UKVI.
Step 6: Receiving a Decision
You will receive an email notification of the decision on your ILR application:
